At LorozAir, 'quality parts you can trust' isn't a slogan — it's a process. Every part we broker moves through documented quality controls before it reaches your operation. Here's exactly what that means.
Full traceability, every time.
We require complete chain-of-custody documentation on every part we sell — FAA Form 8130-3 or EASA Form 1 airworthiness tags, and back-to-birth records for life-limited parts. If the paperwork doesn't check out, we don't sell the part. No exceptions.
Suspected Unapproved Parts policy.
We maintain an active SUP program. Any part suspected of being unapproved is quarantined, never offered for sale, and reported to the FAA. We will never knowingly broker a part of unknown or questionable origin.
Receiving inspection.
Every incoming part is inspected against its documentation — part number, serial number, and condition must match the paperwork before the part is listed or quoted.
Certifications.
We are working toward ASA-100 accreditation and FAA AC 00-56B listing, with AS9120B to follow. Certificates will be published here as they're earned.
What we won't do.
We don't sell parts without traceability. We don't obscure a part's history or condition. If we can't verify it, we won't broker it.
